Hezbollah condemns beheading of American journalist, considers it “a brutal crime”

(IraqiNews.com) On Thursday, the Lebanese Hezbollah condemned the beheading of the American journalist James Foley by the organization of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant, viewing it as “a brutal crime.”

Hezbollah said, in a statement published by Lebanese media, and followed by IraqiNews.com, that “The support of these terrorist groups with money, weapons, the provision of political and media protection, suspicious silence about the terrible crimes in Syria, Iraq and elsewhere, was the main reason behind these horrific  acts that affect everyone without exception or discrimination”.

Hezbollah added in his statement that the party condemns “the brutal crime” committed by “criminal gangs to kill the American journalist James Foley.”

The American journalist, James Wright Foley was beheaded by the organization of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant in retaliation for American air strikes against its fighters in Iraq.
