Obama calls on Iran to to halt its nuclear activity for at least 10 years

(IraqiNews.com) US President Barack Obama called on Iran to commit to a 10-year freeze in its nuclear activity.
Obama said that Iran should commit to verifiable halt of its nuclear activities for at least 10 years, in order to reach a nuclear deal.
In an interview with Reuters at the White House, Obama said that the Washington-Israel dispute is a passing disagreement that will not have a permanent damage to relations between the United States and Israel.
However, he acknowledged that there is a disagreement between his administration and the Israeli government on how to achieve their common goal to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.
