Abbawi, Ambassador of Kingdom of Netherlands discuss mutual relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Undersecretary of the Foreing Ministry for the political planning and bilateral relations, Walid Abbawi, and the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Netherlands, Harry Molenaar, discussed the mutual relations and the means of developing them.

A statement by the ministry received by IraqiNews.com on Wednesday cited “Abbawi received Molenaar at the Ministry where the two sides, in presence of the head of European Department within the Ministry, Alaa al-Hashimi, discussed the latest updates in Syria and the efforts to settle the Syrian crisis.”

“Abbawi welcomed the new Dutch Ambassador in Iraq, wishing him the success in his tasks,” the statement added.

“For his part, Molenaar revealed the plans of the kingdom of Netherlands in dealing with the affairs of the region and expanding its relations with the Middle East,” the statement concluded.
