Abtan calls political blocs to adhere to recommendations of Religious Authority

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Abdul Hussein Abtan, of the Citizen bloc called the political blocs to adhere to the recommendations of the Religious Authority Grand Ayatollah, Ali al-Sistani, who stressed on adhering to the dialogue and concentrating on the citizens, problems.

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “We need to set the good atmosphere to settle the crisis in Iraq where all the political blocs have to adhere to Sistani’s recommendations who focused on conducting the dialogue and concentrating on the citizens’ problems,” noting that “The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, was the first one to adhere to Sistani’s recommendations.”

He appreciated “The call of the parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, while meeting Hakim, to adhere to the dialogue and avoid the tensed statements,” pointing out “The tensed statements are not good for all sides and help in increasing the crisis.”
