Barzani describes rule in Iraq as Basic problem

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, met the delegation of the Kurdistani parties, which visited Baghdad recently, at Salah-il-Din Resort in Erbil on last Wednesday.

A statement by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan received by IraqiNews.com cited “Barzani and the delegation discussed the results of the latter’s’ meetings in Baghdad.”

“Barzani assured that there is no problem between Arabs and Kurds or between the Kurdistani Regional Government and the Federal Government rather the basic problem in Iraq is the rule problem and it is very dangerous,” the statement added.

“He emphasized that the situation is getting worse day by day and Iraq needs serious attempts by all sides to settle the disputes based on the constitution confirming that Erbil Agreement is a clear fact in forming the current government,” the statement concluded.
