Barzani instructs to stop media campaigns against Federal Government

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President of Kurdistan Region, instructed to stop the media campaign against the Federal Government since today, Sunday.

The spokesman of Kurdistan Region Presidency, Omeed Sabah, assured in statement received by IraqiNews.com “Barzani instructed to stop the media campaigns against the FG in response to the initiative of the President, Jalal Talabani.”

The decision comes hours post Talabani’s call to avoid escalation and to adopt the dialogue to solve the disputes.
