Barzani, MP Alawi discuss means of settling political crisis between Baghdad, Erbil

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, discussed with the independent MP, Hassan al-Alawi, the means of settling the political crisis between Baghdad and Erbil.

A statement by the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan received by IraqiNews.com on Sunday cited “Barzani received Alawi in Erbil on Sunday where they discussed the political crisis and its consequences in Iraq.”

“The two sides discussed the means of settling the crisis according to the constitution and the signed agreements between the political sides,” the statement concluded.
