Urgent – Kobler shifted to Congo

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, announced shifting his Special Representative in Iraq, Martin Kobler to Congo.

A statement received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) cited “Ki-moon announced shifting Kobler to Congo to help in sustaining stability there.”

Kobler was assigned in his post in Iraq on the 8th of October 2011 to replace the Dutch Ad Melkert.
