Urgent – Nijaifi criticizes continuity in forming operations commands

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, criticized the continuity in forming the operations commands because it is based on martial laws.

In a press conference held at the parliament building, Nijaifi stated “The process of forming the operations commands must be reviewed because being inside the cities to violate the authorities of the provincial councils.”

“The operations commands are based on martial law and unconstitutional where they must be reconsidered,” he concluded.
