A parliamentary source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The parliament chairmanship decided to lift the Saturday session till next Monday due to the lack of the deal over endorsing the General Budget of 2013.
Earlier, the parliament chairmanship held an urgent meeting with the heads of the political blocs to discuss the endorsement of the 2013 General Budget during the parliament session of Saturday.
A parliamentary source stated to IraqiNews.com “The parliament chairmanship held an urgent meeting with the heads of the political blocs to discuss the endorsement of 2013 Budget after the insistence of the MPs of the Iraqi National Alliance to endorse it during this session.”
The Religious Authority called the parliament on last Friday to expedite endorsing the General Budget and rejected the sectarian and irresponsible statements.
