Canceling Ration Card to kill poor people after terrorism, corruption, says Lakash

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mohamed al-Lakash, of the Citizen bloc described “The decision of canceling the Ration Card as third tool to kill the poor people after terrorism and corruption.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Canceling the Ration Card and replacing it with cash money is to kill the poor people among the Iraqis.”

Earlier, the CoM decided, during its regular meeting held on Tuesday, to cancel the Ration Card starting from March 2013.
