CoM suggests running security file in disputed areas by KR, Central Government

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Council of Ministers suggested running the security file in the disputed areas by the Central Government and Kurdistan Region.

A Kurdish official stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) on Tuesday “The CoM suggested to run the security file in the disputed areas by joint forces from KR and the Central Government.”

“The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki decided to send this suggestion by the Deputy Premier, Ruz Nouri Shawis, to KR to discuss it and reply,” the source added.

Earlier, the CoM discussed, during its meeting on Tuesday, the mobilizations of Dijla Operations Command in the disputed areas.
