Dahlaki: Iraqis not supporting armed conflict between CG, KRG

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ra’ad al-Dahlaki, of the Iraqiya Slate confirmed that the Iraqis do not support the escalation of the crisis and the attempt to conduct armed conflicts between the Central Government and the Kurdistani Regional Government.

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Recently, some sides attempt to start armed conflict between the CG and KRG which is an attempt to turn the political crisis into social one,” noting that “These are red lines which must not be violated.”

“The politicians must realize that the Iraqi should not kill an Iraq,” he assured, stressing that “The politicians have to work to reach a common vision to solve the problems without shedding bloods.”

He called “The politicians to avoid exploiting the issue of the disputed areas that must be run by their people to gain political interests.”

“The current stage is dangerous and the Iraqis do not support the conflicts that aim at achieving political interests,” he concluded.
