Dahlaki stresses necessity to speed up endorsing pending laws

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Raad al-Dahlaki of the Iraqiya Slate stressed the necessity to “Endorse each of the Oil and Gas law draft, General Amnesty Law and the Independent High Electoral Commission’s law draft as soon as possible.”

Dahlaki stated to IraqiNews.com “Endorsing the Oil Law is very important in this phase since the oil and gas are the main financial resources for Iraq,” stressing that “The political leaders must agree to pass this law.”

He added “The political blocs are moving towards voting on the General Amnesty Law and specifying next Thursday as a deadline for settling the file of nominating the Commissioners of the IHEC is a step forward in this regard.”

Concerning the Infrastructures law, Dahlaki clarified that “The political sides did not reach yet a common view about it.”
