Dakhil: National Dialogue Conference proves ISIL’s enmity to all Iraqis

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Fiyan Dakhil, of the Kurdistani Alliance stated that the National Dialogue Conference held in Baghdad proved that the ISIL shows enmity to all Iraqis.
