Damlouji: Iraqi funds wasted due to corruption, mismanagement

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqiya Slate assured that the Iraqi funds are wasted due to the corruption and the mismanagement.

The spokesperson of the IS, Maysoun al-Damlouji, stated to IraqiNews.com “The financial allocations for every side must be managed well to have effect on the citizens whether they were spent for the electricity, services, education or housing fields.”

“Some funds must be allocated for the old cities like Baghdad, Basra, Hilla and Mosul to preserve these cities that forms a part of our national identity,” she added.

It is worth mentioning that the Council of Ministers approved the financial budget of 2013 while the parliament is still discussing its draft.
