Erdogan: Transferring PKK elements to be done in coordination with UN

(IraqiNews.com) The Turkish Prime Minister, Rajab Tayib Erdogan announced that the process of transferring the PKK elements from their camp in north of Iraq will be done through coordinating with the UN.

Anatolia News Agency quoted Erdogan as saying about bringing peace in Turkey “We can say that the process of bringing peace in Turkey will begin after dismissing the terrorists from Turkey,” noting “the evacuation of Makhmour Camp, which is resided by the PKK elements in Kurdistan Region of Iraq, will not be done but after consulting the UN.”

“We do not permit the Syrian Kurds to repeat the sufferings in Iraq,” he added.
