Excluding Iran from Paris Conference wrong step, says Hakim

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, considered the exclusion of Iran from Paris Conference as an unsuccessful step.
