Fatlawi calls Esawi to resign for considering government as "Militia"

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Hanan al-Fatlawi, of the State of Law Coalition called the Finance Minister, Rafi al-Esawi, to resign if he thinks that the government is “A militia government.”

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he stated “Esawi had to hand his guards over to the judicial sides rather than creating tensions and transgressing the government by described it as militia government where he have to resign if the thinks so.”

“No official has immunity and if arresting the guards of any official creates crisis, the Iraqiya Slate will have to announce that the law is not applicable to them,” she added.

She denied “The apology of the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, to Esawi because no apology in the judicial cases and the tensions created by the IS help to create the sectarian conflict.”
