Forming Government of political majority or implementing former agreements to solve crisis, says Shara

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Furat al-Shara, of the Citizen bloc confirmed that the current political crisis could be solved by either implementing the former political agreements that do not contradict the constitution or forming a Government of political majority.

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The President, Jalal Talabani, is exerting his efforts to settle the crisis and he asked the political blocs to cooperate with him in concerns by abandoning the high-level demands.”

“The national meeting is the best and the most suitable solution if the political sides have serious intentions to hold it,” he added, noting that “The recent changes like settling the crisis of oil between the Central Government and the Kurdistani Regional Government in addition to the return of the Salih al-Mutleg to his post indicate the tendency of the blocs to hold the national meeting.”

“The preparations for this meeting are going well with the seriousness and neglecting the high-level demands as well as resorting the constitution as a common ground,” he concluded.
