Forming investigation committees by parliament aims at relieving tensions, says Wardi

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Liqa Wardi, of the Iraqiya Slate assured that forming investigation committees aims at relieving tensions rather than taking resolute procedures.

She stated to IraqiNews.com “Forming such committees by the parliament aims at procrastination without taking procedures to punish or to identify involved sides.”

“Our problem at the current stage is the lack of taking the required procedures concerning the problems presented to the parliament,” she added.

Earlier, the Legal Parliamentary Committee accused the Government of hindering the role of the parliament.
