Forming TOC by Maliki unconstitutional, says Sadoun

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mohsin al-Sadoun assured that Iraqis no more trust the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki.

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Iraqis consider Maliki as not a trustworthy due to the corruption in the armament contracts and Ration Card in addition to the fact that he promised to conduct reforms but he did not adhere to his promises.”

“The statements launched by the State of Law Coalition aim at creating crises to distract the attention towards the corruption,” he mentioned.

“The President, Jalal Talabani, knows that constitutional violations were committed by Maliki so he had to clarify his opinion about the formation of Tigris Operations Command as being unconstitutional,” he continued.

He belittled the statements of some MPs emphasizing “We are adherent to the constitution and the former concluded agreements.”
