Government presents 25 IQD Million to IHEC as financial grant
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Council of Minister presented 25 IQD Million to the Independent High Electoral Commission as a financial grant.
The spokesperson of the government, Ali al-Dabbagh, stated in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com on Tuesday “The CoM decided, during its session on Tuesday, to presented 25 IQD Million to the IHEC as a financial grant.”
Earlier, the CoM decided to set the 20th of April 2013 as a date for holding the elections of the Provincial Councils except the provinces of Kurdistan Region.
