Hakim emphasizes necessity of adopting dialogue to solve political crises

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, and the Iranian Ambassador to Iraq, Hasan Danayi, discussed the regional and international situation.

A statement by the SIIC received by IraqiNews.com cited “Hakim received Danayi at his office in Baghdad on last Monday evening;” noting that “During the meeting, Hakim emphasized the necessity of adopting the dialogue to settle the political crises, wishing to spread peace all over the world especially in the Arabic and Islamic countries.”

“Hakim called to receive the occasion of the Prophet, Mohamed, PBUH, birthday anniversary with more ties up, love and peace among the people and he stressed the Islamic Unity Day as great occasion in the history of the Islamic Nation,” the statement concluded.
