Hakim, Nijaifi discuss exploiting international support for Iraq against ISIL

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Ammar al-Hakim, discussed on last Wednesday with Vice President Osama Nijaifi ways to invest international and regional support for Iraq in the face of the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant.

A statement by the SIIC received by IraqiNews.com cited “Hakim received, at his office in Baghdad, the Vice President.”

“They discussed developments in the security and political situation in Iraq and the region, and ways to invest international and regional support for to face ISIL,” the statement concluded.
