Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, stressed that “Iraq’s problems are not difficult mystery if the good will is there to solve them.”

A statement by the SIIC reported on Monday “Hakim received a number of tribal figures from the Middle Euphrates where he hoped from the politicians to listen to the voices of the wise figures of the religious authorities, tribal leaders and the clergymen, urging them to reduce the tensed statements which give rise to the tensions and prepare good environment for the plots of the terrorists and the opponents of Iraq who just want to exploit the crises to implement their malicious and destructive agendas in the country.”

“For their part, the tribal leaders confirmed their willingness to stick to the recommendations of the supreme religious authority related to maintaining the country’s stability and foil the foreign agendas being interwoven against Iraq’s security and civil peace,” the statement concluded.
