Hamoudi, Australian Ambassador discuss results of mutual cooperation commission

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Parliamentary Committee for Foreign Affairs Humam Hamoudi discussed with the Australian Ambassador to Iraq, Lindall Sachs the outcomes of the Iraqi-Australian talks in fields of common cooperation between both countries.

A statement by the Committee cited “Hamoudi received the Australian Ambassador where they discussed the bilateral relations in fields of agriculture, trade, oil, investment and water resources administration.”

“The two sides discussed the performance of the mutual commission formed between Iraq and Australia to study the common cooperation, and the results of its talks,” the statement added.

He suggested “inviting the Iraqi governors and businessmen to participate in the conference that will be held in Dubai by end of current February in presence of 260 Australian companies to invest in Arab Gulf region to discuss concluding commercial deals directly between the governors and the Australian companies.”/ End/
