Hamoudi, his German counterpart & German Ambassador to Iraq review bilateral ties

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee, Humam Hamoudi discussed with each of the member of the German Parliament’s Foreign Relations Committee, Huns Werner and the German Ambassador to Iraq, Britta Faguynar, the bilateral relations between both countries.

A statement by Hamoud’s media office cited on Tuesday “Hamoudi received in Baghdad Werner and Faguynar where they discussed developing the mutual ties.”

“Hamoudi stressed that Iraq faces serious problems that need to be settled through fruitful dialogue, ruling at the same time that those crises can hit Iraq’s national project,” the statement added.

“For his part, Werner described the relations with Iraq as very important for its influential role in the region and its importance to German in several aspects,” it concluded.
