Hamoudi, Sudanese officials discuss enhancing common cooperation

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee, Humam Hamoudi called the Arabic and Islamic countries to take brave stance towards the resolutions of the western countries against the Islamic and Arabic worlds.

A statement by the Iraqi Parliament’s media office quoted Hamoudi as saying on the sidelines of the 8th member states union conference of the Islamic Cooperation Organization held in Sudan “Iraq is against any siege operation as it affects the peoples and societies,” pointing out that “Iraq is witnessing active investment movement and seeks to take advantage of the foreign expertise in the reconstruction process.”

“Iraq called Sudan during the experts’ meeting of both countries to activate the common cooperation in fields of agriculture and industry,” he added stressing “The conference is a chance to exchange expertise and enhance cooperation among the countries.”
