IHEC accomplishes 65% of preparations for next PCs elections

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission announced accomplishing 65% of the required for preparations to conduct the next Provincial Council elections that will be conducted in 20th of next April.

The member of the IHEC, Kalshan Kamal stated to IraqiNews.com “The IHEC completed about 65% of the preparations for next PCs elections and it is heading towards the elections with firm steps without delay or concerns from the current political crisis in Iraq.”

She confirmed “I am optimistic that people realize the importance of the elections which will be a good start for all the Iraqis.”
