INA, KA reject draft of General Amnesty law presented by IS, says Allaq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Ali al-Allaq, of the State of Law Coalition stated that the draft of the General Amnesty law presented by the Iraqiya Slate is rejected by the Iraqi National Alliance and the Kurdistani Alliance because it will participate in releasing a huge number of suspects who are not supposed to be released from the detentions and prisons.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The National Gathering confirmed its support for endorsing the General Amnesty law setting the condition of excluding the killers and terrorists from this law.”

“The Gathering agreed upon drafting the law through a compromise among all political blocs,” he mentioned.

“The final draft that was presented was excellent and release a considerable number of people committed crimes but not the Qaeda members and other murderers,” he concluded.
