Iraqi judiciary accused of being politicized, says Dahlaki

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Ra’ad al-Dahlaki of the Iraqiya Slate stressed that “The Iraqi judiciary is accused of being politicized.”

Dahlaki added in a statement received by IraqiNews.com on Monday that “We call on the Iraqi judges to regain the remarkable image of the Iraqi judiciary.”

“The judiciary is drifting towards the politicization,” he added noting that “Such statements did not come overnight but they were result of evidences and procedures over the past ten years demonstrated that the judiciary is politicized.”

The Interpol has announced on 6th current January suspending its work in Iraq to protest the Iraqi judiciary’s lack of neutrality while it kept on its dealing with Kurdistan as it is.
