Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Ibrahim al-Mutleg of the Iraqiya Slate stressed that the absence of any minister from the investigation session at the parliament demonstrates his involvement in violations.

Mutleg told Iraqi News “The Iraqi Government and Parliament significantly contributed in disabling the investigations for some ministers and in ratification of some laws,” noting the “Iraqi parliament started to get weak in recent, where the government for its side did not give the parliament any chance to upgrade its performance.”

After the parliament voted on dismissing the Minister of Youth & Sports, the required votes to dismiss him were not achieved where only 102 MPs out of 250 approved this decision, thus disturbed the withdrawal of confidence from the minister.
