IS MP: Parliament works on endorsing laws according to demonstrators’ demands

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mudhhir al-Janabi, of the Iraqiya Slate stated that the parliament is working on endorsing the law drafts that serve the demands of the demonstrators.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com on Wednesday, he said “The demonstrators’ demands are more important than the law drafts in the parliament,” calling the parliament “To endorse the law drafts that serve the demonstrators.”

“The performance of the parliament became active during the last few days by discussing some important law drafts such as the General Amnesty, Justice and Accountability and Terrorism law drafts,” he concluded.
