Jaafary, Maliki discuss political, security developments in Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafary discussed with the Iraqi Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, the developments of the political process in Iraq and the chances to reach integrate coordination among the three authorities (the judicial, executive and the legislative ones).

A statement by Jaafary’s media office received by IraqiNews.com on Saturday cited that “Jaafary met at his office in Baghdad with Maliki where they discussed the security situation and the practical steps required to upgrade the defense capabilities and activate the intelligence department to protect the people and secure the state institutions.”
