Jaafary meets delegation of Iraq Artists Gathering

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Ibraheem al-Jaafary, met a delegation of Iraq Artists Gathering at his office in Baghdad on last Friday.

A statement by his office received by IraqiNews.com cited “Jaafary received the delegation and confirmed that art, whether it is a paint, poem or a play, is a human message to fight against all the negative phenomena which the society suffer from.”

“Jaafary stressed that we seek supporting the artists to enhance their performance to participate in rebuilding the new State,” the statement assured

“He emphasized standing by the young artists to provide them the chance to upgrade their potentials,” the statement concluded.
