Jaafary, Nijaifi stress adhering to constitution, endorsing important law

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Ibraheem al-Jaafary, received the head of Mutahidon Coalition, Osama al-Nijaifi, at his office in Baghdad on last Thursday evening.

A statement by Jaafary’s office received by IraqiNews.com cited “Both sides discussed the complementary roles of the three authorities, Executive, Legislative and Judicial, under the current compromises to boost the general interests of the country.”

“They stressed the necessity of adhering to the constitution and legislating the laws that concern the citizens directly,” the statement concluded. /End/
