Jaafary: Wrong policies helped ISIS conquer Mosul

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Foreign Affairs Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafary said Monday in a press conference held in Paris “The conquer of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria for Mosul city was due to the former wrong policies and the environment in Mosul helped a lot to provide shelters for the terrorists of the ISIS.”

He added “The Iraqi airstrikes were an assistance factor to liberate many Iraqi cities from the control of ISIS.”
