Kurdish MP rules out forming political majority government after next elections

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mahma Khalil, of the Kurdistani Alliance ruled out forming a political majority government after the next elections.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “Talking about forming a political majority government is too early,” noting that “The calls for forming the political government is for the electoral propaganda.”

“There will be some new political blocs that replace the current ones,” he added, assuring that “Iraq cannot be ruled by one political party or majority government but only by the national partnership government.”
