(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – The presidency of the Kurdistan region demanded on Saturday the PKK to leave its territory.

The presidency said in a press statement, “The presidency of the region demanded that the PKK to get out of the territory of Kurdistan.”

It added that “The region called the party to remove its bases in Kurdistan because they give justification to the Turkish government to carry out bombings.”

The Kurdistan Regional Parliament called on Saturday (July 25, 2015) the Turkish government to stop its attacks against PKK positions, pointing out that the start of the peace process in Turkey granted the hope to the two sides, calling them for commitment to the peace process.
