Kuwaiti Ambassador: Kuwaiti economic delegation to visit Iraq soon
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Kuwaiti Ambassador to Iraq, Ali al-Moumin, announced that an economic Kuwaiti economic delegation will visit Iraq during the visit of the Kuwaiti Prime Minister, Jaber al-Mubarak al-Hamad l-Sabah or after that.
Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he stated “The delegation will activate the economic cooperation with Iraq because the Kuwaiti investor needs a good atmosphere for the investment such as the stability of the security.”
“There are unnoticeable Kuwaiti investments in Iraq that are done either by an Iraqi partner or a land heritage that has hotels run by Iraqis,” he added.
The Kuwaiti Deputy Premier, Sabah al-Khalid al-Hamad al-Sabah, assured that Kuwait flexibly deals with Iraq to help releasing it from the Seventh Chapter of the UN’s Charter, expressing the readiness of Kuwait to settle the pending issues with Iraq.”
