Lack of deal behind postponing holding parliament session, says Essawi

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Aboud al-Essawi, of the State of Law Coalition stated that postponing holding the parliament session was due to the lack of the deal.

Speaking to IraqiNews.com, he said “MP, Saleem al-Jobouri, was nominated as the parliament Speaker where we are waiting for him to clarify some issues.”

“The Iraqi National Alliance needs enough time to name its nominee for the Prime Minister’s post,” he added, noting that “The lack of the deal among the political sides over the nominees of the three presidencies is behind postponing the parliament session.” /End/
