MP describes KR’s objection over forming Dijla OC as tumult to cover up violations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Omar al-Jubouri of the Iraqiya Slate described the objections of Kurdistan Region over forming Dijla Operations Command as an attempt to create tumult to cover up the Kurdish violations in Kirkuk province.

MP Jubouri of Kirkuk stated to Iraqi News “The crisis created by the KR over forming Dijla OC aims at covering up the illegal and unconstitutional acts committed by the Region in Kirkuk through controlling all the security and administrative utilities and marginalizing the Arab component and other social components within the province.”

“Since 2003, the Kurds dominate over the security and the administrative utilities in Kirkuk encouraged by the absence of the central authority,” he concluded.
