Musawi describes Maliki’s visit to Kurdistan Region as “Last Chance to correct political process”

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Salman al-Musawi, of the State of Law Coalition described “The visit of the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, to Kurdistan Region as the last chance to correct the path of the political process.”

Maliki is going to visit Kurdistan Region on next Saturday to discuss the pending issues and to hold the session of the Council of Ministers.

Musawi stated to IraqiNews.com “The visit will be the final hope for bringing the political process to the right path.”

Earlier, the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Ali Mihsin Ismaeel, announced that the session of the Council of Ministers will be held in Erbil and it will be regular.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “Preparations for holding a meeting between the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, and the President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, in addition to a meeting for the joint committee between the Central Government and the Kurdistan Region Government were accomplished.”
