Najaf PC investigates Najaf Governor over clashes between transgressors citizens, security forces
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Najaf Provincial Council investigates the Governor of Najaf province, Adnan al-Zurfi, over accusing the PC of ordering to remove the transgression of the governmental lands by some citizens.
The head of the media office of Najaf PC, Mohammed al-Khuzai, stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “Najaf PC will investigate Zurfi on Wednesday over accusing the PC of ordering to remove the transgressors citizens without consulting him.”
“The investigation is based on the clashes between the citizens and the security forces in one of the residential complexes,” he concluded.
On the 14th of November, the security forces and some transgressors citizens clashed in al-Ghadir residential complex where the clashes resulted in killing a citizen and injuring a number of the security forces and citizens.
