2nd death penalty issued against Hashimi

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Central Criminal Court issued a new verdict of death penalty against the judicially wanted Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi.

The state Sat Channel Iraqiya reported on Thursday that “The Central Criminal Court issued second sentence of death by hanging against Hashimi and his brother in law over charge related to inciting his bodyguards to stick adhesive IED to a car of an officer of the Ministry of Interior.”

It is worth to mention that the ICCC has issued in last Sept, 9^th death sentence by hanging against the fugitive VP Hashimi in absentia and the Director of his office Ahmed Qahtan.
