Nusayif calls to protect national products to support Iraqi economy

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Aliya Nusayif, of the Hurra Iraqiya Bloc called to include an article within the 2014 Budget law to protect the national products to support the Iraqi economy.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, she said “The Iraqi economy cannot be developed if it keeps its reliance on the oil as being the only economic income to Iraq in the absence of the industrial and agricultural sectors.”

“There is no justification to hinder the industrial sector where there are about 110 thousand employees and 73 companies are not working,” she concluded.
