Outgoing PM Maliki receives letter from Putin

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The former Prime Minister, Nouri Al-Maliki has received a written letter from the Russian President, Vladimir Putin. The letter centered on the bilateral relations between Baghdad and Moscow.

Maliki’s official site mentioned “The President of Russia applauded the efforts of the PM in strengthening the Iraqi state and expanding the circle of ties between the two countries.”
