Parliament to send aids for Syrian people, says MP

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Rafi Abdul Jabbar, member of the Foreign Relations Parliamentary Committee assured that “The Committee is considering a project of presenting aids for the Syrian people who suffer from the violence.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The Committee think to keep these aids away from the political disputes concerning the current Syrian crisis,” noting that “The aids involve donating parts of the MPs’ salaries for humanitarian help to be presented through the official sides to Syrian people.”

“The initiative is not complete yet and it will be presented to the parliament Chairmanship,” he concluded.
