Political crisis negatively affects economic situation, says Najib

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Najiba Najib, of the Kurdistani Alliance assured that the political crisis in the country negatively affected the economic situation that prevents the international companies from investing in Iraq.

She stated to IraqiNews.com “The investment and the private sector depend on the political stability in the country,” noting that “We are heading towards activating the private sector and the investment in the country.”

“Without political stability, there will be deterioration for these sectors,” she concluded.

Political observers confirm that the political crises in the country made the multinational corporations reluctant concerning investing in Iraq.
